Me Goldwater was in Quebec Superior Court to argue in favour of an extension of the deadline to register “pitbull-type” dogs in Montreal, following the City’s issuance of a letter to over 500 dog owners citing incomplete paperwork. An extension of four months has been granted by Justice André Prévost.
