In a bid to save a Montreal North pitbull who attacked several people, including two children, earlier this year, Daniel Goldwater is challenging Montreal's animal control bylaw, which prohibits any third party from adopting an animal deemed dangerous by the city administration. Me Goldwater's ultimate goal is to have the dog transferred to a shelter in upstate New York which specializes in rehabilitation.
