Me Goldwater sent a formal notice to the municipality of Longueuil in order to stop the plan to cull 70 white-tailed deer in Michel-Chartrand Park. The notice seeks all documents related to a recent study used to justify the cull and asks that the deer remain in place pending judicial review.
