Before university, she earned her Diploma of College Studies with distinction in General Social Science from Dawson College, where she founded Girls for Ghana a chapter of the Create Change Foundation raising funds for girls' education in Ghana, an early reflection of the commitment to social justice that continues to define her approach to law. During her legal studies, Anne-Clara gained experience across a range of legal settings, including the Office of the Auditor General of Canada, the Court Challenges Program, and McGill's Research Group on Health and Law at the Jewish General Hospital, where she worked on matters spanning labour, constitutional, and health law. Deeply committed to equity and access to justice, Anne-Clara supported clients facing discrimination before human rights tribunals at the Centre for Research Action on Race Relations, and competed in the Julius Alexander Isaac Moot — a national moot centred on equity and criminal law through the lens of Critical Race Theory. She also served as Co-President of the Black Law Students' Association of McGill, founding its Alumni Network and developing mentorship programs for prospective Black law students. Anne-Clara is fluent in English, French, and Haitian Creole. Outside of work, Anne-Clara has a passion for musical theatre and singing, and enjoys travelling and discovering new cultures.
