##### LITIGATION & PRACTICE HIGHLIGHTS

- [_M.L. c. P.Le. (2024)_](https://canlii.ca/t/k65xc) - Advised and represented the respondent mother in a civil action before the Quebec Superior Court brought by adult daughters against their parents for damages arising from childhood mistreatment and abuse. The plaintiffs sought compensation for non-pecuniary and pecuniary damages resulting from childhood maltreatment. The Court granted the action in part, awarding the plaintiff non-pecuniary and pecuniary damages, and imposed punitive damages against one defendant.
